Loryana ("Loryana," "we," or "us") determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data for this Site. This policy explains how data is processed when you visit the Site, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us.

2. Personal data we process
Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe, we process your email address together with your selected language, subscription source, and registration time. We do not request a name, phone number, or profile information for newsletter registration.
When you contact us
When you email us, we process your email address, name or business details, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. Avoid sending special-category personal data or trade secrets unless necessary and appropriately protected.
Technical and security data
The Site and its infrastructure providers may process limited server-log data such as IP address, request time, visited URL, browser or device type, referring page, and error records. IP addresses are also used temporarily to rate-limit abusive or excessive requests.
Cookies and local preferences
The Site uses a one-year loryana_locale cookie to remember your language. Authorized administrators receive a secure, HTTP-only session cookie limited to the/admin area. The current Site does not use advertising, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics cookies.

- Enquiries and project requests: responding to you, evaluating a possible engagement, and taking pre-contractual steps.
- Newsletter: sending requested editorial content and announcements based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
